Good coffee, never any problems. I won't complain about the bakery section and donuts, cause that's the same no matter what dunkin you go into. But if their bakery ever did decide to do a massive rehaul and carry delicious and specialty donuts like other shops nearby do, I bet they'd see a huge increase in sales

I hate giving bad reviews, but this Dunkin has had consistent issues since they remodeled and if they were at least pleasant to deal with I could let it slide. The only positive is that orders are usually correct. Drive thru is a nightmare, almost always backed up onto main street. VERY SLOW. On numerous occasions (including today) I've waited close to 20 minutes. To top it all off, everyone there seems miserable to be there, lazy tone, no smiles, no "have a good day" or "how are you?" from anyone. I blame ownership and management, it starts at the top.

If it were possible to give 0 stars to this dunkin' donuts, I would. customer service is absolutely horrendous. on multiple occasions i have placed a mobile to go order that had not even begun to be made, even when i gave ample time after pressing the "im ready to pick up" button on the app. One one particular occasion, i placed an order for a macchiato and waited in the drive through line for 10 minutes to pick up my beverage, when i came to the window i was told that the espresso machine was being cleaned and would not be available for another 30 minutes. I am a nurse at a hospital, i cannot wait 30 minutes. is this not the point of mobile to go ordering, to have my beverage ready when i arrive ? on a second occasion, I placed a mobile to go order to pick up through drive thru. when i arrived the drive thru line was 6 cars or more long. thinking that my order was ready for me since i pressed the "i'm ready to pick up" button, i parked and went inside. once again, i am a nurse and utilize this feature on the app so that i can quickly grab my coffee and go to work. when i went inside, the woman told me that I would have to get in the drive thru line in order to get my coffee, that she could not fulfill my order because i had not waited in line. in both of these scenarios, I left about $5 poorer with NO COFFEE AND NO APOLOGY. Mobile to go ordering is useless and I will no longer be wasting my time or money at this establishment.

Worst service at a Dunkins I've ever had! My friend ordered a medium caramel swirl and they managed to mess it up 3 times and when we asked for a new one they gave us the same one back. They also messed up 2 of our other coffees by putting way to much cream in when we asked for the regular amount. Smh never coming here again, hope this place gets run into the ground!

The service is always very slow. Probably because of a language issue. The people behind the counter do not understand what you are saying unless you say it slowly. I order a regular coffee and get French vanilla. I order 1 extra large and get 2 larges. I even get the wrong change. Never a thank you at the drive thru. Horribly run store, but does well because there is no area competition. Where is the Dunkin' training???
